You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AIKODERS, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against all losses, damages, liabilities, deficiencies, claims, actions, judgments, settlements, interest, awards, penalties, fines, costs, or expenses of whatever kind, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or relating to your use or misuse of the Services or your breach of these Terms, including but not limited to the content you submit or make available through the Services.
All matters relating to the Services and these Terms, and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto (in each case, including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Florida without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule (whether of the State of Florida or any other jurisdiction).

At AIKODERS's sole discretion, it may require you to submit any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Services, including disputes arising from or concerning their interpretation, violation, invalidity, non-performance, or termination, to final and binding arbitration under the Rules of Arbitration of the American Arbitration Association applying Florida law. For Canadian users, if you reside in Canada, you may elect to have arbitration conducted under the rules of the ADR Institute of Canada or another mutually agreed Canadian arbitration body, applying the laws of your province of residence where applicable.
ANY CAUSE OF ACTION OR CLAIM YOU MAY HAVE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES MUST BE COMMENCED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES; OTHERWISE, SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION OR CLAIM IS PERMANENTLY BARRED, UNLESS A LONGER PERIOD IS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW IN YOUR JURISDICTION.
No waiver by AIKODERS of any term or condition set out in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of AIKODERS to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.
The Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and AIKODERS regarding the Services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Services.
By providing your mobile number and checking an unchecked consent checkbox during the appointment booking process, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from AIKoders related to appointment confirmations, reminders, status updates, and cancellations. Message frequency varies. You acknowledge that consent is not required to purchase any goods or services.
