Hosts place an NFC card in the property; guests tap with their phone, WhatsApp opens, and they can ask anything — Wi-Fi credentials, pool heater instructions, restaurant recommendations, check-in/check-out logistics, or to report a maintenance issue.
Each property gets its own AI assistant (default name: Lucy) trained on the property's house manual, local guide, and owner preferences.
