FAQs

Quick answers, clear next steps.Built for busy owners.

The questions owners ask us most often before deciding whether this is worth a call.

Salons, cleaning companies, trucking outfits, short-term rentals, warehouses — and plenty that don't fit a category. The industry matters less than the pattern: somebody on the team is losing hours every week to work a system should be doing. If that's you, we can usually help, whether we've built for your industry before or not.

We don't publish prices, because scope varies too much for a number to mean anything — automating one workflow and building a full custom platform are different projects. Every project starts with a free scoping call. You'll get a fixed quote before any work begins — no hourly surprises.

A single workflow automation usually ships in one to three weeks. A full custom platform runs two to four months, and you'll see something working on your own data well before the end. The timeline comes with the quote, not after.

Almost certainly. Most of our clients are owner-operated businesses with a handful of staff — a four-chair nail studio, a cleaning company, a small fleet. We are a two-person engineering team, so you talk to the people building your system instead of an account manager.

Usually, yes. We connect to what you already run — QuickBooks, Square, Google Calendar, WhatsApp, Instagram, your booking system, your spreadsheets. If something genuinely can't be connected, we tell you on the scoping call, not after you have paid.

You get a same-day response during business hours, from the people who built it rather than a ticket queue. Bugs in what we shipped are fixed at no cost. New features are quoted separately, so you always know which of the two you are asking for.

We're based in Cape Coral and work across Southwest Florida — Fort Myers, Naples, the Gulf Coast — as well as Miami-Dade. If you're local, we'll come to you. We also work remotely with clients elsewhere, but the local ones get to shake our hand.

Yes — English and Spanish, and it goes further than the sales call. The systems we build run bilingual too: bookings, text messages, and anything your customer sees, in whichever language they use. The House of Nails takes bookings in both.

A free scoping call, usually about thirty minutes. You walk us through the job that is eating your week; we ask what it costs you today and which systems it touches. You leave with an honest answer on whether it is worth automating — and if it is, a fixed quote.
