Vertical SaaS · Trucking dispatch & settlements
Run the fleet without the phone glued to your ear.
Loads, drivers, BOLs, invoicing, and settlements in one place — with AI that catches under-bid lanes before you accept them and flags compliance problems before they cost you a fine.
- Dispatch board that replaces the whiteboard and the group chat
- Driver app with ELD hours, docs, and status from the cab
- BOL and invoice generated the moment a load is delivered
- Settlement payroll for company drivers and owner-operators

The problem
Five tabs, a whiteboard, and a phone that never stops.
Most small carriers run dispatch out of a load board in one tab, a spreadsheet in another, texts with drivers on a phone, a folder of scanned BOLs, and QuickBooks at the end of the week. Nothing talks to anything, so the same load gets typed in four times and settlement day takes an afternoon.
EZKargo puts the whole cycle in one place — book the load, assign the driver, collect the BOL from the cab, invoice the broker, and settle the driver — so the load is entered once and the money follows it automatically.
- One record per load, from booking through settlement
- Drivers upload BOLs and PODs from the cab, not the truck stop
- Invoices go out the day of delivery, not the end of the week
- Settlements calculate per-driver splits, advances, and deductions
- AI prices every lane against your own history before you accept
- Compliance flags on hours, insurance, and expiring credentials

How a load moves
Booked to banked, without retyping it.
- 01
Book the load
Paste the rate confirmation or enter it manually. AI reads the lane, the miles, and the rate, then compares it against what you actually got paid on that lane before you commit.
- 02
Assign and track
Pick the driver off the board with hours-of-service and current location already visible. The driver gets the load in the app — no phone call, no screenshot of a spreadsheet.
- 03
Collect the paperwork
Driver photographs the BOL and POD at the dock. It attaches to the load and is legible, timestamped, and searchable instead of living in a shoebox.
- 04
Invoice and settle
Delivery closes the load, generates the broker invoice, and queues the driver settlement with the split, advances, and deductions already applied.
What changes
The hours you get back, and the money you stop leaving.
1×
Data entry
A load is typed once. Dispatch, invoicing, and settlement all read the same record.
Same day
Invoicing
Invoices leave the day of delivery instead of waiting for a Friday paperwork session.
Per-lane
Rate history
Every quote is scored against what you were actually paid on that lane before.
Pre-emptive
Compliance
Hours, insurance, and credential expiries surface before they ground a truck.
What you get
One system for the whole back of the house.
Dispatch board
Every load, driver, and truck on one screen. Drag to assign, filter by status, see the whole week without opening a spreadsheet.
Driver app
Loads, directions, status updates, and document capture from the cab. Works on the phone the driver already owns.
Auto BOL + POD
Photographed at the dock, attached to the load, searchable later. No more chasing paperwork to bill a load.
Broker invoicing
Invoice generated on delivery with the rate con, BOL, and POD already attached — the packet brokers ask for.
Settlement payroll
Company drivers, owner-operators, percentage splits, advances, escrow, and deductions. Runs in minutes, not an afternoon.
AI lane pricing
Scores every offered rate against your own paid history on that lane, so an under-bid load gets flagged before you accept it.
Compliance watch
Hours-of-service, insurance certificates, CDL and medical expiries tracked with warnings before anything lapses.
ELD-aware
Reads hours and location from your existing ELD so dispatch assigns loads a driver can legally run.
Profit per load
Revenue minus fuel, driver pay, and deadhead — per load, per lane, per truck. You learn which lanes to stop taking.
Built for these carriers
Where dispatch is still a person and a phone.
Owner-operators
One truck, one phone, no back office
Rate confirmations, BOLs, and invoices stop living in a camera roll. Getting paid stops depending on remembering to send the packet.
Small fleets (3–15 trucks)
Dispatch board replaces the whiteboard
The owner stops being the single point of failure for who is where. Anyone can cover dispatch on a Tuesday.
Growing carriers (15–60 trucks)
Settlements and compliance at scale
Settlement day compresses from an afternoon to minutes, and credential expiries surface before a truck gets grounded at a scale.
Freight brokers
Carrier packets and margin per load
Margin is visible per load instead of at month end, and carrier paperwork is complete before the load is invoiced.
Flatbed + specialized
Permits, tarps, and lane-specific pricing
Lane history includes the accessorials, so specialized work gets quoted off real numbers rather than a gut feel.
Regional LTL
Multi-stop loads and per-stop billing
Stops, detention, and accessorials attach to the load as they happen, so nothing falls off the invoice.
Common questions
What carriers ask before they switch.
What does EZKargo cost?
Pricing is per truck, per month, and the per-truck rate drops as the fleet grows. There is a one-time setup fee that covers migrating your existing loads, drivers, and open invoices. Larger fleets and brokers get a quoted rate based on volume and how custom the settlement rules are. You get a firm number on the first call — no multi-week sales cycle. How long does it take to get running?
A single truck or a small fleet is usually live within a week. We import your drivers, trucks, and open loads, connect your ELD, and run one settlement cycle alongside your current process so you can check the numbers match before you cut over. Larger fleets with custom settlement rules take two to four weeks.Does it work with my ELD?
We integrate with the major providers — Motive, Samsara, Omnitracs, Geotab, and anything else with an API. EZKargo reads hours-of-service and location so dispatch only offers a driver loads they can legally run. You keep your existing ELD contract; we do not sell hardware.Do I have to stop using QuickBooks?
No. EZKargo handles dispatch, invoicing, and settlements, and syncs the resulting invoices and payouts into QuickBooks so your accountant keeps the workflow they already know. If you would rather run accounting inside one system, TwinBooks covers that side and the two share data. What happens if something breaks?
You get a direct line to the people who built it — not a ticket queue. Dispatch is time-critical, so urgent issues get same-day response during operating hours, and we monitor uptime and job failures ourselves rather than waiting for you to notice. Is it available in Spanish?
Yes. The driver app and dispatch board both run in English and Spanish, and drivers can be set individually — so a bilingual fleet does not have to standardize on one language. Our team supports you in either.
Still dispatching from a spreadsheet?
Book the load once. Let the paperwork follow it.
Book a discovery call. Tell us how many trucks you run and how settlements work today, and we'll show you the same cycle inside EZKargo with your own numbers.
