Guest Concierge
Guest Concierge is a tap-to-WhatsApp concierge for vacation rentals. Hosts place an NFC card in the property; guests tap with their phone, WhatsApp opens, and they can ask anything — Wi-Fi credentials, pool heater instructions, restaurant recommendations, or to report a maintenance issue.
Each property gets its own AI assistant (default name: Lucy) trained on the property's house manual. Smart escalation means the owner only gets notified when there's a genuine issue — a broken AC or a safety concern.
